| 1. The printer print nothing only blank pages. Why? |
| |
| If the laser door in the printer doesn’t open, the laser bean cannot reach the OPC surface. Hence, there is no discharge on the OPC surface and no toner transfer. A broken OPC shutter door will stop image transfer from the OPC to the paper surface. |

| 2. During printing, sometimes can get dark (grayish) horizontal lines on the page. Why?. |
| |
| The magnetic roller bushing, which is responsible for the development gap, may be damaged or out of round. When this occurs, more toner may be transferred to the surface of the OPC than was required for the latent image. The extra toner that was transferred may appear on the page as a grayish horizontal line. The line may repeat in exact measurements or vary slightly from rotation to rotation |

| 3. Why does the printer sometimes cannot detect a cartridge after install one type of remanufactured cartridge, but not when install another one? |
| |
Hold the cartridge going to install in the printer and examine the right back corner. There should be at least one sensitivity tab in place; otherwise the printer won't recognize the cartridge. If there are no sensitivity tabs, you will need to install one. |

 |
| 4. The printer continues to print with black and muddy pages. Why? |
| |
| Please check with the PCR. If the PCR contact is damaged, the OPC surface would not receive a new charge acceptance. Hence, toner will be attracted to the surface of the OPC. |

| 5. The printer print pages contain small black dots. Why? |
| |
| Small black dots on the pages may due to a nick in the drum or PCR roller. Foreign objects in the printer or paper dust can scratch the drum. There is no fix for this as the drum is ruined already. Please change a new toner cartridge. |

 |
| 7. Why does my page come out with lines and dots every few inches or so down the page? |
| |
The toner cartridge drum may have been damaged or exposed to light source outside of the printer for too long. Keep the Cartridge inside the printer for several hours then try and run several test pages to see if the markings still exist. If the dots that repeat every few inches apart, the drum has likely been damaged and the only way to correct this would be to replace a new cartridge. |

| 9. How to know the toner content and page count of Remanufactured cartridge compared to OEM? |
| |
Type of toner and content (qty. in grams) is dependent upon printer / cartridge model. We use precise toner dispensing systems to fill each cartridge accurately with the same or more than OEM specified amount of toner. Hence, a remanufactured cartridge will yield the same as an OEM cartridge at industry standard 5% page coverage when using standard business letter. Also, peak performance can be achieved by adjusting the density setting and/or resolution on the printer. |

| 10. How can remanufactured toner cartridges contribute to the environment? Why should we switch from OEM to Remanufactured Cartridges? |
| |
An empty toner cartridge adds approximately 5 pounds of unnecessary wastes to landfills. Using remanufacturing printer cartridges, over 80 million pounds of plastic and metal are saved from landfills each year. Also, the plastic used in each printer cartridge will take over one thousand years to decompose.
The reason to switch from OEM to Remanufactured cartridges, not only the obvious environmental benefits of recycling, but also there is tremendous cost savings. |

| 11. Will Remanufactured toner cartridges damage the laser printer? |
| |
| Each of the remanufactured toner cartridges is meticulously checked and double check to ensure that it cannot cause damage to the laser printer. Our Remanufactured toner cartridges use the same OEM cartridges core and function to that of OEM one. Every part of the cartridge is carefully examined during the remanufacturing process. We will also replace the old components with new ones of the same standard and functional purpose as OEM. |

| 12. Using Compatible toner cartridges can help to save money? |

 |
| 13. Why do I get fewer print pages of Compatible toner cartridges than OEM claims I will get? |
| |
OEM toner cartridge is rated for a certain number of pages at 5% page coverage in which would be comparable to brief memo, small body of text and closure. As most users print pages with more graphics, gray scales and large amounts of text, which result using more toner (average about 7% page coverage) to print the images. Moreover, the actual yields and rated yields often vary due to different operating environment. If typical users print 7% page coverage, which it has already reduced the yield by about 40%. Hence, for OEM toner cartridge is rated for 10,000 pages, you will most likely get around 6,000 pages on average. |

| 14. I am getting poor quality images from the printer, how can I tell if it is a problem with on printer or on the toner cartridge? |
| |
| You should first change the toner cartridge at once and print several pages. If the poor quality pages still appear, it is mostly due to problem on printer. If the problem goes away, then it is problem on cartridge. |
